What data do we collect from you? 

We collect data from you ('user data') when you make bookings for our workshops. This data comprises your name and email address to enable us to confirm your booking(s). We DO NOT share your details with anyone. We DO NOT retain any details of credit cards, debit cards, PayPal or bank accounts.

We will use user data we collect from you only in accordance with the following guidelines:

  • to provide you with updates on our events and facilities

  • to provide and improve our service to you

  • to notify you of any changes to our services, opening times or other eventualities.

  • any customer who wishes can have their user data removed from our data records by emailing info@qualitytimeni.com

Tracking our visitors

We use Google Analytics including Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting to monitor how people use our website and aggregate general statistics about customers, traffic patterns and related site information in an anonymous form.  Any demographic reports produced using this data will be used to determine a better understanding of our website traffic, visitor needs and to tailor future content and functionality.
